Booking policies

Hours of Operation: 8:00 am – 8:00 pm local time, 7 days a week. $15 USD fee will be charged to client for deliveries before 8 am and after 8 pm. 

Delivery fee from $25 to 75.00 depending location. For deliveries in La Paz, please contact us to agree on a fee according to location and total of the order.

Payment options: cash USD, all major credit cards through Paypal.

Cancellations  submitted prior to 10 days will receive a full refund. However, please note that once your gear rental is confirmed, refunds are not available. We reserve and allocate items specifically for your reservation, impacting our ability to offer them to other customers.

Products must be returned in the condition received or a fee to be assessed at the time of return will apply to the credit card on file. The renter is responsible for loss or theft of rental equipment and agrees to pay for any replacements needed. Products must be returned with all accessories and parts intact and in proper working order. Any excess damage to rental equipment aside from normal wear will be repaired or replaced (depending on the condition) at the expense of the renter. Any additional fees resulting from loss, theft, repair, or replacement will apply to the credit card on file.

Clients are responsible for paying missing, soiled, or damaged items. $15 USD cleaning charge for heavily soiled equipment.

Client will consent to providing us with a Paypal email account or written confirmation that they will pay any outstanding charges in cash or by credit card within 15 days after their rental period.
