I PLACED MY RESERVATION REQUEST, NOW WHAT?

WHEN WILL MY ITEMS BE DELIVERED?

We deliver your items ANY day of the week! Most orders will be delivered before your arrival, and we guarantee to have your items there before 6:00pm on the day of your arrival or the scheduled delivery date.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE AN ITEM THAT I RENTED?

For all rentals, you will be charged for any missing catalogued items. Please contact us if you misplace an item for pricing.

 

IS IT SAFE TO PROVIDE MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS ONLINE?     

We utilize encryption technology (SSL or secured socket layer) to ensure that your credit card and personal information is protected.

 

HOW DO WE RETURN THE ITEMS AFTER WE HAVE USED THEM? 

We come and pick them up. Simply book the pick-up date when you place your order and we’ll stop by at no additional charge to pick up the items.

I WAS HOPING TO RENT AN ITEM THAT ISN’T IN YOUR CATALOG. CAN YOU GET IT FOR ME?

If you have a special request for any item please call us or email us. We’ll try our best to have it before your arrival.

 

HOW CAN I MAKE A PAYMENT? 

We accept cash USD, all major credit and debit cards through Paypal.  

 

DO YOU DELIVER TO THE AIRPORT OR RENT A CAR CENTER? 

Yes, we can deliver your items to the Los Cabos International Airport or to the rent-a-car center.  Please provide your flight number and car rental agency for delivery to these locations.  We can monitor your flight and adjust our delivery times accordingly.  If your connecting flight is delayed or you miss your flight, please contact us by phone as soon as possible so that we can adjust our delivery schedule and do our best to accommodate your new expected arrival time.  When returning items to us at the airport or rent-a-car center please be prompt.  Please remember when choosing a return time for your reservation that this is the time that we will meet you to gather our gear. Your return time should NOT be your return flight time.

IS SET-UP INCLUDED WITH MY ORDER?

Crib set up and take down is included with deliveries of full-size cribs.  We are also able to set-up other items that you may need assistance with.  Car seats will not be installed by our staff, due to liability.  Please request manuals for any items you may not be familiar with.

 

WILL I RECEIVE THE EXACT ITEM SHOWN ON THE WEBSITE? 

Los Cabos Gear Rentals carries top quality products for rent from highly respected manufacturers, including Britax, Graco, Infanti and more. Unless the manufacturer and/or model is specified, you will receive of like, kind and quality of the item pictured (although exact colors and patterns may vary).  It is nice to know what you are getting when you order!
